    There are no upfront costs to switch to us. Our commitment is to provide our customers with a seamless transition and transparency.
  • Where I can I see my transactions, deposits, statements, etc.?
    A complimentary web-based reporting is available to all our customers. In addition to this, monthly statement summary is mailed to your business
  • Should we change banks to use Optimal?
    No you don’t need to. Your bank relationship remains the same for your business checking account.
  • Can I use my existing equipment if I switch to Optimal?
    Yes for the most part, however, the terminal that you currently use must be PCI compliant.  In a rare event if your equipment does not work, we offer low cost solutions.
