Should we change banks to use Optimal?No you don’t need to. Your bank relationship remains the same for your business checking account.
Can I use my existing equipment if I switch to Optimal?Yes for the most part, however, the terminal that you currently use must be PCI compliant. In a rare event if your equipment does not work, we offer low cost solutions.
